On 9/14/09 at approx. 9:45 I was harassed by officer Ellins. He claimed "...three concerned citizens said that I was drunk in public."
Many of you know. But for those of you who don't, I have not touched alcohol for almost 21 years.
I am fed up with being harassed by the notorious officer John Ellins. He has harassed me on two separate occasions; the first occasion he tore apart my 4Runner and caused a little over $1,000.00 dollars in damage.

when a little lizard walked past, looked up and said, 'Hey Koala! What are you doing?'
The koala said, 'Smoking a joint, come up and have some.'
